Casprs-Mach-I was actively trading SSWH during the time frame of which you speak and it was more Sterling that was making the big predictions of .12 not mach. Mach did meet with the the officers of SSWH and afterwards he posted he didn't think a meaningful pr was coming and therefore intended to liquidate a large portion of his position Sterling however continued with his predictions, a pr did come out, it sucked and the stock tanked.
