IMHO this carriage agreement is not worth anything unless RCN can emerge from bankruptcy, and there is doubt that they will in many investors minds. If the announcement had been made and if RCN was not in bankruptcy, the PPS would have gone up. Do not forget that at one time RCN shares were trading at $72 and now they are trading at .0125. IMHO this indicates that there is something wrong with the management at RCN.
