captainslog: obviously I agree with your post...NOK is muddy-ing the waters, as much as they possibly can. They originally thought that IDCC would no longer be in existence or that Ericy would demolish IDCC, just like MOT did.(IDCC would never get a "trigger" to sign)

Best assurance on our side, is another positive earnings report...as long as we can grow revenue and keep/grow our cash position, then we remain strong.

It will be interesting to see how this turns out.
