Scanned the filing and one thing that jumped out at me was at the bottom of the first page and I think it relates to the worries about the arbitration being delayed.

"Further, contrary to Nokia's arguments, the majority of documents Nokia requests that relate to Ericsson and Sony Ericsson's confidential information has already been produced to Nokia."

Since most of the documents have been produced other than the actual sales reports, I am less worried about the arbitration being delayed. I hope I am right.
