Revlis, yeah, you are right. The way i read that is all that is required is "resolution" to get the bonus. So just dumping and taking the impairment/write off gets it "done".

Someone inject some sanity here. Is that what it says?

"will be paid upon resolution of the strategic direction of the company’s modem business."
