Actually, ERGO posted earlier (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3620076)that he had calculated that based on what UCAD had issued, he estimated that the o\s (ie oustanding) was closer to 55 mil which I find curious if the authorized is only 50 mil. If that is the case, there should be an increase in the authorized of the common for UCAD coming shortly. Last night they issued 100,000 pref shares that are conv to common at the rate of 1:100 to do a deal.
