No, it wouldn't mean that, at least right now. UCAD won't be transferring the 7.5 billion shares to CMKX until 20 August at the earliest. Presumably Urbie would then transfer those shares to you shareholders. Though you may think of yourselves as a "group", you aren't one officially.

In addition, as many have pointed out, UCAD seems to pay for practically everything with shares, so my guess is that dilution will continue.
