All I'm saying is this is the first time in my experience that a penny has ever asked shareholders to vote on an increase. Usually the board has enough shares to vote whatever they want. They might want the extra shares to give themselves future leverage if that is possible. But the increase is not a done deal. If investors care enough they should vote.
