Yes the judge should halt the sale pending the outcome of the trial. I frankly am not as concerned about the fire sale/weak market timing aspect of the sale. Im simply vehemently opposed to the sale at this time just for the MERE FACT that its being done before the court rules on the lawsuit and just a month before no less. I would still be strongly opposed to the auction even if natural gas was at all time highs right now. The last thing needed right now is the sale of this property which is in dispute. To have another party buy it would muddy the already muddy waters further. This is a no brainer. The auction must be stopped or postponed until a trial is held.

This whole thing really isnt all that complicated at this point as long as the judge stays firm on April trial date. Its very simple and very black and white at this point if the April trial is on. The defense either must decide to come up with an acceptable settlement within the next several weeks or the defense must be ready to defend itself in a full blown trial in a few weeks.
