My wife is an attorney. She keeps telling me that the law deals with "dispute resolution". She nevers mentions "justice".

Could I inquire how you might see unit holders PROPERLY addressing the judge on PROPERLY using market pricing mechanisms?

Is there not a timing issue here? Would you consider this a good time to get an estimate of what your personal residence is worth, if you don't have to or don't want to sell today?

How would you advise addressing this issue to the benefit of unit holders?
