As to JPM under Jamie Dimon (DEMON
) they are more than cocky to say the least having the US government behind them so far (well all SS monies and other gov stuff in their coffers) so it's easy to see where they are coming from.....
but then what goes around will come around eventually and rather sooner than later
AIG being propped up "re" too big to fail, JPM being propped up as too big to fail from US little guys where the top echelon is LTheirAO! and still doing so while partying in some posh resort, latest from the Unions down in FLA, ......I could go on, regardless of the parties involved.
Watch what will be unfolding in the near-term.....for starters China won't buy any more of our papers, Japan so far is broke, the Saudis and other oil rich nations - don't think so.
EUROPE, lmaf, they have enough to do to prop their own economics up.
It will come down to what the people of the US will want to happen, me included as I for one am sick and tired of "mindless spending/propping up" and we need to get back to basics again with some pain though.

As to MOSH vs. PXD, JMP and WS, I will state that there is no chance in hell that they will succeed, despite Gibb's trying to sidetrack and obfuscate the issues at hand = I guess he's lost it and just be billing for what he can get at this point ===== the trust will get reimbursed, I assure you!
JPM and "their" mindless trustee, NOPE not really so as he did do some stuff on his own trying to sell/pawn off properties before but mostly under the tutelage of JPM and raking in $$$ in putting out "forms" and not really caring about the trust, they were supposed to............ big, big penalties here and maybe removal that JPM can't ever become another trustee for anyone.
WS seems to be an innocent bystander = NOPE, they knew very well what they were getting into but ignored it! Yeah well......? It all comes down to roost, doesn't it!
