Chevy... you may know that juina mining and UC did a deal that fell out and that is what started this recent mess... look back at the last SEC filings by CMKX...

I think JUINA [or its management, or former management] is playing a major, behind the scenes role in this current scene... they, IMO, probably are the ones that dumpped stock... and primed the pump that cause the Naked Shorting... I also suspect that they are part of the group that is funding UC now...

Some of my thinking about JUINA can be found in my posts of around 10/03... when I first was getting interested in CMKX as a possible real estate play...
