Well considering they have nothing even approaching economic value yet, even a market cap of 1 million is over-valued. Take a look at mining companies with actual reserves and tell me if you think CMKX is fairly valued. Just down the road from CMKX, Shore has the biggest kimberlite and one of the largest reserves of diamonds on the planet. They have spent 10 million on exploration and underground workings. Their market cap is around 50 million, as is Kensington's, who have the largest diamondiferous kimberlite field in the world.
