Hi Zen,

Maybe I missed something, so two questions:

(1)Why do you think the MMs/MMs' Client would have to provide the dividend shares of UCAD to the CMKX shareholders? Why, instead, wouldn't UCAD just issue 7.5 mil more shares out of the authorized?

(2)Assuming you and I own several million shares of CMKX, if CMKX reversed into UCAD, how would that make you and me wealthy? Could you explain how it might play out? Are you assuming that whatever CMKX has of value would go into UCAD which would rise mucho in share price as a result when the diamond find is announced?

I'd appreciate a bit o' clarification of your thinking in this post. Thanks...The Beav
