THIS IS JUST NOT TRUE....not until they are REQUIRED to DECLARE
their Naked short positions they DO NOT EXIST !!!
That is WHY they are called NAKED shorts....regular shorts
are ON THE RECORD because the brokerage actually HAS to
have the shares on HAND...
LEGAL Naked Shorting takes place because the market place
gives the brokers LEEWAY to Naked short an equity to
"keep the market fluid"....the problem is....
ETHICS.
They can sell ALL THE SHARES THEY WANT and not have to account
for a SINGLE ONE....on the OTC and the PINKSHEETS.
NO RULES HERE !!!.....remember than....NEVER let it out of
your mind for one second or you will get CRUSHED HERE !
I'm just NOW learning how it works after losing a third of
my portfolio "INVESTING" in companies that have CRASHED
for NO REASON what so EVER.
The basic eyedeer here is that these companies issue stock
in the early stages of development just to SURVIVE...this is
cool and part of the risk....what can NEVER BE FACTORED IN
is the NAKED SHORT POSITIONS becuase in all reality...unless
the company is LIKE CMKX and AGGRESSIVLY ATTACKS them....there
is NOTHING to stop the DEEP POCKET MM"s and brokers to just
keep RIGHT ON SHORTING as stock until they reissue and issue
until they just can't keep up and they go under.

and the WHOLE time....you broker is giving you a smile and
a pat on the back, reducing the price to trade to keep you
pumping the money in....it's SOOOOOooooo obvious once you
can SEE it happening that NOW that ANYONE trys to tell me
that it DOESN"T exist then they are just part of the milking
team.
I don't BLAME you man, if I was making the kind of BIG $$$
that is being made by CRUSHING the small companies and investors
wtih this NS scam....I'd want to hid that exist TOO !!!
DATELINE IS COMING !!!!
SELL the short cover rally that is BOUND TO COME IN EARLY AUG.
I will be selling...I"m selling NOW and can't wait to get out !
