It would be nice to hear from him as to what he is working so hard doing. I think it would help to hear about how sales are going, did the production runs actually happen, what is happening with distribution.
With pinks to not get updates causes people to think a company is sinking. There are lots of examples out there of that pattern of behabvior.
I'm not saying that is the case here but it would go a long way to settle down those types of fears with regular company updates.
