It's best for the life of the Power Supply to leave it running all the time...I've never shut this new rig off from the day I first turned it on, and I don't ever plan to...I have a UPS box hooked up to mine in case the electricity goes down, but that only lasts for a few minutes to give you time to close any open programs...If I'm sleeping, oh well...
