ellismd: You mean to tell me that an honorable company such as nokia who never steals IP from other companies and then doesn't use that stolen IP to generate revenue, and never refuses to share those revenues with the company who's IP they have stolen; and never signs agreements with companies to develop technology, and doesn't send engineers to that company's lab during the development process, never declaring that the tech they licensed outside of the development phase of the agreement is not essential, or even valid, and thus does not refuse to pay for the use of the licensed tech; that doesn't sign licensing seals with companies for the use of IP, only to unilaterally declare that $10 Mill is adequate compensation, would actually cook their books? You must watch way too much C-Span these days.
