Imo, it wasn't worth doing

but it's done......

there's a lot more in that bill that should have a positive impact which is kinda like putting plugs in a sinking boat full of holes....

so what if the boat is still taking on water
it's still floating
and it's taking on water slower.....
buying time to make more changes of consequence
