If the gov gave every american tax payer a chunk of cash it would've had a better effect on the economy. Just think about it for a sec....the wheels of the economy would've kept turning in all sectors..sounds goofy but it would have worked imo...look where we stand now. Chrysler crying for another 5 bil...lmao
