I don't disagree, it involved bankers, brokers, Fannie, our Government, and every one of us who drank the Kool-Aid and played the mortgage system. I am guilty myself of buying a house in 1999 and then refinancing it and taking a 2nd mortgage at a ridiculous price increase in 2004. They told me it was worth more than twice what I originally paid in 1999. I guess now it looks like I was one of the stupid ones who made the sacrifices and kept the house, all the help seems to be going to the ones who walked away.

In a nutshell, we are all (Americans) responsible for what has happened and what will still happen, IMO the worst is still to come...
