The odd thing boxster however is the testimony of MOSH Holdings LP attorney Sharman. He is questioned by PXD attorney and objects to the plaintiff experts data being used for the auction but he never says he opposes the auction unless he did and i am missing it. But i dont see him opposing the auction anywhere. Only the data being used. You even have the PXD lawyers even saying in the response to the contempt motion that the plaintiff should file an injunction to stop auction if they wish but that the contempt argument is groundless.
