Not saying that you are complicating the matter. Based on the recent exchanges here it seems this contempt of court issue is opening up a a bag of worms.
Probably we should approach it from a different angle by say getting an injunction to halt the sale.I am agreeing with you.

I am not the legal type here just viewing it with a simple mind.
