Any idea what ACTC's IR position is on this?
I do believe that they should have bigger fish to fry. I dont see why they would pick on a little guy, when they let madoff get away with so much. But that sounds like a beauracracy to me.
I would like to hear something from ACTC about when they intend to get current. That alone would be a nice boost. Maybe. Maybe ignorance is bliss for the moment.
