yes, it is possible, the SEC links show you that. I have seen some that had SEC action for being 9-12 months out on reporting and some that have taken 1-3 years. I have discussed this very thing with the SEC staff and they provide no time lines. What I did gather is they have been enforcing this much more since 2006 than they use to and doing them in bunches more than singular..
