Learning2vest, yes, I understand that they are in discussions and may be are just waiting on something. The main issue is that when they pile up huge amounts, they get a feeling that they are parting with their riches when it is time to pay all the past dues and they try to take chunks out of it (the same way NOK is trying to do). Well anyway, 3G is not out there completely yet, so, let's hope things get resolved before then.
