vg-future, agree with your hopes regarding Nokia. My theory is that InterDigital management has accepted Nokia's challenge to their royalty collection rights, has made adequate preparations for the possibility of such a challenge, and that IDCC management will not settle for anything less from Nokia than what they feel is "fair and reasonable". I like that notion a lot, and am willing to wait as long as it takes to see what it brings(especially since decisions on those issues are well along in an ICC binding arbitration process!).
