common shares outstanding that are held in escrow are still common shares outstanding

next

why don't you know how many common shares have been converted into preferred shares?

Isn't this something that the company has a responsibility towards doing?

and now you are saying that there was a humongous REVERSE SPLIT?

what does this say about the company?
