Worm, not very many shares are in the Outstanding.

Lets give it the benefit of the doubt and figure all 5B were in the A/S
(which is unlikely) Then subtract 1 billion that went into escrow until 2010. Next consider that a large portion were in shareholder accounts that were converted. Now reduce what's left by 175 to 1.

Worst case scenario would be using the full 4B and reducing it by the 175/1 RS and you have 22m shares left. Now subtract what was held and converted into preferred shares from the 22m and my guess is you have less then 10m in the O/S.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the O/S is all held leaving zero float.
