CFO Marshall Dewey Bain, CTO Hanseo Park (former DnC Tech CEO), and Chairman of the Board Chris E. Piercy.
Style = let their company, DnC Multimedia, go pinksheet. In that manner, no SEC reporting requirements are required. In other words, no 8-K for material events, no quarterly filings, no Form 144, etc.
In that manner, management personnel such as Lott, Piercy, and Park can leave the company without informing shareholders. In that manner, management can sell their personal shares without informing shareholders. Sell their shares prior to filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. This management elected to file for bankruptcy protection on Dec. 19, 2008 and never officially inform shareholders.
That is what to expect of the above mentioned persons if ever in charge of a publicly owned company, imo.
