I saw somewhere that the effective date of the agreement goes back to November 2008. If this is the effective date of the termination of the 1996 PLA and if IDCC keeps the $6 million associated with it, I believe it could go into 2008.
Of course we don't know what the agreement is re the prepayment, so all we can do is speculate until we get earnings at the end of the month.
