"Of course Urban realizes that. That is why he is non reporting. It's hard to get sent to jail for "cooking the books" when you don't release the books for review. This is also the reason for the vauge PRs."

This is not an accusation he is cooking the books. THERE IS NO REASON TO COOK BOOKS IF YOU DO NOT RELEASE THEM.

My point was Urban does not release information which could be used against him. The "diamondiferous Kimberlite" PR was misleading to most, but because it was vauge - it was not inaccurate.
