I don't think that was in dispute. I think what may not be understood by some amatuers (not talking about you) who just assume that companies that issues shares are evil and thus not worthy of investment. The "D" word gets thrown around a lot on this site, and many people really have no concept of word.

Even Microsoft and the other giant corporations still issue shares occasionally. The only question is whether a company is putting the capital to good use or not. Most pink sheet CEOs don't. Can't say for certain about CINT at the moment.
