There were 18 m Os in 2007, 162 m 7-31-08 and, according to the ibox 215m 11-19-08.
You suggest there may now be 400m OS. It seems pretty clear they are vastly diluting to fund the company and it doesn't seem to be in the past.
I saw the post where the CEO says he and his partner have never sold a share of stock, but the company is issuing vast amounts of shares and convertible debentures at 8% to pay salaries, debts, and company expenses.
It doesn't quite make sense that if he sold a company for $125 million he is issuing shares to pay a $6000 debt and issuing 92 million shares (most of the company at the time) to partially pay salaries.
