Why would I kid? You (or anyone) can check the legal records to see that a legal
action has been filed. From a legal standpoint it doesn't matter where the
funds end up, only that there is a legal action filed against ECT and they must
defend it and if not successful, someone will try to collect. I wonder where they
will get viable legal representation from and at what cost based on the history
of paying provided.
