Heres how to remove it from the registry.
Click on Start, then click Run, type in "regedit" hit enter.
A screen should pop up with "Registry Editor" across the top left, on this screen click once to highlight "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" then hit the F3 key at the top of your keyboard.
Click in the space to the right of Find What: and type in "Ulead" and hit enter. This starts a search for the first entry of Ulead in your registry for software. Once the first entry is found the computer will show you the line and ask what it should do with it, press the delete key, you will then be asked if you're sure you want to delete, hit enter.
Now you do this in a sequence of hitting 3 keys (F3, Delete, and Enter) over again for each entry of Ulead thats in your registry.
Thats all there is to it. At worst, you'll have to reload the software you want to keep on your machine.
