A file from Bagley's office notated "These were copies SEC made" clearly shows that the SEC knew about the fraud before the stock ran up 1000% in price, only to drop back down to its original price, costing shareholders tens of millions of dollars in a matter of days.

When the news of the discovery of a "diamondiferous kimberlite" on CMKX claims was first announced, causing that 1000% run-up, I immediately posted information on a number of websites (including IHub) exposing the "discovery" as simply the re-drilling of a previously known barren kimberlite.

Lest readers dismiss me as a "paid basher", I provided several government links backing up my story. I even posted the geochemical composition of the so-called diamondiferous kimberlite.

I was immediately vilified by dozens of posters (some who still post on this board) and the irrational buying continued. Sure, you were manipulated by a bunch of crooks, but don't you think you should accept some responsibility?
