The Fearless Forecasters have been leaning bullish the last few trading days, which is typically a good sign in the short term. The Seven Sentinels is still on an IT sell though.

I think the financial sector is the market segment that needs to be watched. When it finally turns, the market should turn with it. No guess on when that may happen, although the extreme oversold condition suggests we see more upside. Bearish levels were high yesterday and no doubt investor angst continues to be elevated.
