Let's hope Deli isn't being cooperative at the moment. I suspect that's the case; if he'd already cut a deal, they SEC wouldn't have filed suit, they'd just have announced the settlement and the amount of the fines and penalties. There would have been a phrase saying something like "Glisson has agreed to make himself available for deposition and testimony.....".
With any luck, he'll piss the SEC people off bigtime. That's what Mad Mikey Sylver of AZNT did. He drove 'em absolutely crazy, and in retaliation they made pretty much ALL of their discovery material available on Pacer. Two very long depositions, all kinds of miscellaneous papers, and many boxes of "financial records", which included laundry and grocery bills.
