IMO, if the community of Berlin decides to work in partnership with Laidlaw the project can certainly be in the mutual best interests of both sides...

However, that would mean the local government officials would need to reach out to MBB as he has recently reached out both to the community and its elected representatives...

I remain hopeful that outcome will eventually prevail...
