And it doesn't have to involve malice aforethought. Sometimes all it takes is an opportunity presenting itself. One like this.

Let's see. I hold lots of shares and I am way down like everybody else. I just looked at the company's books and records and the situation really is hopeless. But, I have a huge list of potential buyers who, no matter what I and my friends say, will never believe how hopeless it all is - given all the rumors of a payoff being imminent. I heard UC is still selling to them using that broken down loser, Deli Dog, as the middle man. Why shouldn't I?
