Why are you asking me, Janice ?
They did not file ANYTHING !!! So who knows about S 8 shares or not ? I thought everybody creates tons of those. I don't think CMKX would be any different. I'm betting the O / S that is in weak hands is minuscule. The thing has been WAY OVERSOLD .. illegally short, that is. LOL.
