As for the situation, Seymour can not make many of those statements otherwise she compromises the deal, or futhermore, could be spending time behind bars.

Eitherway, this deal is a solid deal for both companies, and we will benefit from this greatly.

I do appreciate your research as do many others, but I'm a pretty fair and balanced guy when it comes to reality.
