Oh Most Wise one, I was simply attempting to humbly and graciously correct your post in which you said the following:

EVERY company on the OTC does that.

The "that" in your statement was referring to paying the necessary monies for audits/filings. I was simply pointing out that the term "OTC" does not refer specifically to bulletin board stock; therefore, your statement is incorrect.

What I wanted to re-emphasize is the significant difference between OTC PINKSHEETS and OTC BULLETIN BOARD or OTCBB. To be and remain a bulletin board trading stock requires much more effort and $ than a pinksheet stock.
