I'll give my opinion but I'm sure there are others.

The dribs and drabs is a sign that some of the PP holders want to have shares tradable and now that they are eligible (holding period elapsed) they have taken the extra steps and filed the paperwork to have it done.

The flip side is two-fold. Most of the PP shares have not taken steps to make the shares tradable (possible indication that the investors intend to hold regardless of current market forces), and the several million that has hit he float in the past few weeks has not further tanked the price.

.14 is bad, don't get me wrong, but it could have been a "nuclear winter" type of crater

the dribs and drabs give a little clue what will happen with the "effect" statement (looks like little or nothing) rather than it (or nothing) happening suddenly

time will tell the story and right now it's like a screenplay writer's strike

It seems a bit rough lately.
