Thanks, spec...May I ask a question: what's the difference between having the legend lifted so the shares can trade and a general broad-brush registration becoming effective? Why the bit-by-bit? Thanks for anything you can share on this.

EDIT: NOT that I'm upset about the dribbling -- I think I prefer it to a huge hit. Maybe. I could also be convinced the other way, like getting all the pain in one week...
