You might be a little out on a limb on this one. Legitimate company's do secondary offerings all of the time. A Nazdac traded company for which I serve on the board of directors just close a secondary this past week. I am very confident as to their legitimacy.
Having said that, I have to say that I was somewhat surprised that you chose to make only this rather beneign comment on a rather minor offshoot subject and did not address the substantive content of my message--- No, after more thought, maybe I'm not at all surprised.
I'm still betting that UC has his operating funds lined up, thus, cushioning CMKM operations from the affects of naked shorting on the pps, and is prepared for the battle ahead. RFL
