Seriously BORROWING someones shares for a period of time without their permission or compensation......

Consider your bank account. I'm sure you realize that the bank lends out the money you deposit in it. You may get interest in that case, though not much. The bank is the winner in this transaction.

When that happens is "extra" money created? Of course not.
