I spoke very briefly to Linda yesterday. She indicated it was GOOD news, some of which she can go into detail and some of which she can't. She said the shareholders should be quite happy. I asked if we would have a PR in January and.... We'll you'll just have to be on the conference call to find out

I would suggest everyone let a few folks know about the conference call. Three reasons. 1) No matter how good the opportunity and company and folks running the show, it's a healthy thing to have new investors for any stock. 2) Folks getting in now are going to do VERY WELL IMHO. 3) The More investors the better the liquidity and the more money we ALL will make.

The bottom line is this:
-The company is NOT selling shares, MINIMAL RISK.
-There is a clause to NOT dilute 6 MONTHS after the close. VERY STRONG Indication they have their private financing lined up as they have said they do.
-This is a BULLETIN BOARD Company. TRANSPARENCY.
-The company is GROSSLY Undervalued just on the assets alone.
-The protracted close has caused much frustration to shareholders AND has created a favorable buying opportunity IMO.
