rmarchma-Is there any rule against the company buying back the shares or options from the executives and give them cash instead to avoid unnecessary insider sells like these. They need not do this for all the options, but, only for a brief period, like this, till we catch licensing momentum. That way, IDCC could have gotten away with a mere $250K of expense instead of $33 million or so drop in the stock price.
